Order Processing Support Senior Specialist - Temp

Our client, a leader in manufacturing intelligence, is seeking a Order Processing Support Senior Specialist - Temp to join their team. As a Order Processing Support Senior Specialist, you will be part of the operational support team driving initiatives that enhance customer experience and revenue processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, clear communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Order Processing Support Senior Specialist - TEMP POSITION Location: North Kingstown, RI-Remote Pay Range: 29.26 Shift: 8:00AM -5:00PM What's the Job? • Drive Ebiz Credit Card implementation across the business to improve cash conversion under Project Yoda. • Process and issue Nexus Licenses, including accurate invoicing and internal tracking. • Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to licensing and invoicing in a professional and timely manner. • Coordinate with Finance and other departments to ensure timely and accurate closing of Project Work Orders each month. • Assist with short-term project tracking, reporting, and communications as needed. What's Needed? • Understanding of the Quote to Cash process and related workflows. • General familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Navision, Intacct, and/or Business Central preferred. • Knowledge of software licensing fulfillment processes and invoice handling. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage short-term projects independently. • Clear and effective communication skills, particularly in a matrixed, remote team environment.
