Role Overview
Software engineers with experience using coding agents are invited to join advanced AI infrastructure initiatives. The position focuses on building scalable APIs, database architectures, and high-performance systems that support next-generation machine learning applications.
Qualifications
• Proven experience integrating coding agents into engineering workflows.
• Minimum 3 years of high-level engineering experience in demanding environments such as top-tier startups, quantitative trading firms, or hedge funds.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a leading institution.
• Demonstrated success designing and implementing complex database schemas.
• Expert proficiency in API development (creation, testing, integration).
• Strong command of SQL and database structuring.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Engagement Details
• Schedule: Fully remote and asynchronous.
• Workload: Flexible, 10–40 hrs/week based on availability and performance.
• Duration: 1–2 months with potential for extension.

Compensation & Contract
• $70 –$110 USD per hour (based on experience).
