Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative I to join our team in Miami, FL. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, researching and resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a hybrid or remote opportunity, with flexible scheduling available for candidates outside of South Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to blithequark customers, handling calls and customer contact within established guidelines
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
- Research and resolve customer inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner
- Demonstrate knowledge of retail, online banking, mortgage, and business products, and utilize this expertise to provide effective solutions for customers
- Maintain high levels of call productivity and quality scores, exceeding minimum standards
- Cross-sell financial services and products to customers, identifying opportunities to meet their needs and drive business growth
- Ensure that customers receive an exceptional level of service, meeting established guidelines and SLAs
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-3 years of call center experience, retail banking products, and/or residential loans experience preferred
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of financial services and products, including retail banking, online banking, mortgage, and business products
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in customer service software and applications
