GoHighLevel Workflow and Automation Specialist
We’re looking for a GoHighLevel automation expert to help us refine our CRM workflows, build better follow-up systems, and improve lead response times. You’ll be working inside an already-active GHL account — no rebuilds, just optimization and enhancements.
Responsibilities
Build and optimize automated workflows (lead follow-up, reminders, tagging, nurturing)
Create conditional logic, dynamic updates, and multi-step sequences
Troubleshoot workflow issues and improve delivery rates
Set up SMS + email reminders for appointments
Provide suggestions on how to streamline the current setup
Requirements
Proven GoHighLevel experience
Solid understanding of CRM pipelines, triggers, and automations
Ability to work quickly and communicate clearly
Bonus: API integration experience
