Shopify Developer (Custom Coding + Ongoing Support) — MUST Work U.S. Business Hours

I’m looking for a highly experienced Shopify developer who can step into an existing store and handle custom coding, troubleshooting, and feature fixes quickly and accurately. This is for an active e-commerce brand with high holiday traffic, so reliability and real availability during U.S. hours are non-negotiable. Immediate Needs: Fixing Ship to Multiple Addresses functionality Integrating custom product logic into the GiftShip checkout Reviewing and correcting previous developer errors Ongoing Work Includes: Custom Shopify coding (Liquid, JS, theme edits) Troubleshooting store issues Feature development Hourly support as needed Requirements: Expert-level Shopify development (Liquid, JavaScript, app integrations) Able to jump into existing code and fix issues fast Strong communication + accountability Must work in real time during U.S. business hours: 6 a.m.–3 p.m. CST If outside the U.S., you must be available during these hours Must use a U.S.-based VPN when accessing the store or admin Must deliver clean, dependable code and not push unnecessary “new scope” Nice to Have: Experience with GiftShip or other multi-address shipping checkouts Experience integrating custom line-item logic into 3rd-party checkout systems Familiarity with bundle builders, custom product options, and advanced cart logic Ability to troubleshoot conflicts between apps + theme code Experience with Shopify cart/checkout API Comfortable working during high-volume, fast-paced seasons Project Type: Hourly, ongoing Start ASAP To Apply: Send: Short intro Your Shopify experience + examples of custom coding Live store links you’ve built or fixed Your availability in Central Standard Time Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
