Job Description:-
• Microsoft Azure Public Cloud Engineer/ Administrator up to Level 3 skillsets
• Reporting and accountable to the architecture and design teams
• Server as the primary points of contact support Blue Yonder PD, Demo, Training, and any new service requirements as part of the SaaS service lifecycle needs
• Understanding the Production path development lifecycle (develop, performance test, QA and production deployments)
• Work closely with Product team in application modernization efforts and provide support as required (i.e. Azure, OS, AAD)
• Participate in design and development of product features and components. Work with Design, Development, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to validate requirements, and perform impact analysis of new requirements and/or changes to the existing system
• Work with the Design and Development team and guide to implement SaaS design blueprints
• Be a Point of contact of a high-performance solution architecture team that supports the developmental effort of a business-oriented project.
• Experienced in operating with multi-Subscription Azure Cloud environment with DevOps team to resolve issues during automation and provisioning pipelines
• Make configuration changes and minor development and Azure DevOps activities to fix and deploy issues
• Support DevOps team for building DevOps pipeline through Self-service portal, Maintain documentation on configuration and interface specifications.
• Azure deployment support - Support of Azure PaaS, VM deployment, configuration, troubleshooting provisioning as needed
• Creating and manage compute resources in respective resource groups and Development, Demo, Training all Subscriptions
• Setup and maintain Azure environments, configure subscriptions, networks, and security in line with the design
• vNet IP Address space management, Add and Manage vNet IPs addresses, Azure Vwan Peering as needed in alignment with Design services
• Maintain isolation between non-prod and production ecosystem
• Working closely with operate team as integration point the bridge any support gap
• Working closely with Design Architecture team to support documenting and build of approved design. Liaison and support KT of production design and changes to operations
• Support creation and support/Troubleshoot policies and rules error message related to missing resource tags Per design
• New Subscription onboarding and configuration as per architecture guidelines
• Support Partner Access to Partner Demo environment and assist team to deploy solutions for Partner Demo subscription
• Support Pre-sales Demo environment and assist team to support/troubleshoot in the Demo subscription
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows in DevOps methodology, Knowledge of development methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of one scripting language (PowerShell is preferred).
• Work within the Blue Yonder service management framework (i.e. Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Jira ticketing systems).
• Ability to prioritize and support changes with agility to accelerate business needs and architectural changes
