USPTO-Registered Patent Agent or Attorney – Provisional Patent Review & Filing (Hardware System)
I am seeking a USPTO-registered patent agent or patent attorney to review, refine, and file a U.S. provisional patent application that I have already drafted.
The invention relates to a stand-alone consumer hardware communication device with on-device control logic and no dependency on manufacturer-operated backend services for core functionality.
This engagement is not for first-pass drafting. I am specifically looking for a professional to:
Verify enablement and completeness
Improve patent-safe language where needed
Add or adjust embodiments / variations as appropriate
Ensure the provisional adequately supports a future utility filing
File the provisional with the USPTO
This is a focused provisional filing only. No utility patent work is requested at this stage.
Scope of Work
Review an existing provisional patent draft
Refine language and structure as needed
Add missing embodiments or clarifications if necessary
File one U.S. provisional patent application
Provide filing receipt and application number
Requirements (Must Have)
USPTO registered (please include registration number)
Experience reviewing and filing provisional patent applications
Experience with hardware, embedded systems, or system-level inventions
U.S. based
Comfortable working from a founder-supplied draft
