Super urgent role for Sr Power BI Developer/ Lead :: Remote

Roles and Responsibility :- Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 10+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports in a professional environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, Power BI Premium) including data modelling, DAX, Power Query/M. • Solid experience with SQL (writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, performance tuning). • Experience with data warehousing concepts (star schema, dimension/fact tables, ETL processes). • Familiarity with healthcare analytics domain (clinical, operational, financial) or willingness to learn. • Understanding of data governance, data security, especially in healthcare (HIPAA, PHI, role-based access). • Excellent communication skills — ability to translate technical details to business stakeholders and vice versa. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
