- Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex issues.
- Build strong relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, promoting interest in arenaflex products and services.
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, providing personalized support and solutions.
- Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing recommendations to customers.
- Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting or exceeding performance targets and contributing to the success of the customer service team.
- Continually portray and project a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed, and contributing to the development of process improvements.
Essential Qualifications
