<strong>Job Summary:<br><br></strong>Mondi FPF is the acknowledged European market leader in extrusion coating and extrusion laminating. The Sales Manager will have the responsibility to grow prof-itable business in Extrusion Coatings in existing and new customers in the UK and Ireland.<br><br><strong>Your mission:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Full sales responsibility for Extrusion Coatings products in the region.</li><li>Support existing and potential customers.</li><li>Develop solutions to increase profitable sales and acquire new clients, prioritising value over volume.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity; communicate insights.</li><li>Introduce new products to grow sales and enhance solu-tions.</li><li>Handle claims and coordinate responses.</li><li>Prepare, monitor, and follow up on budgets and forecasts.</li><li>Collaborate with plant Market Support teams to optimise customer supply chains.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your profile:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Sales professional with proven track record, ideally in extrusion coating, technical films consumer packaging, converting, film or paper.</li><li>Experience in developing new markets and customers.</li><li>An autonomous, adaptable individual with the ability to work efficiently with senior management, production operatives, and customers.</li><li>Business (and/or technical) education, at least passed with Bachelor degree level.</li><li>Fluent in English, other languages an advantage.</li><li>Flexibilty to travel up to 80%.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Our offer:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Being part of a market leader of the packaging & paper industry</li><li>Start: as soon as possible</li><li>Location: Home-office, within the EU</li><li>Extent: full-time<br><br></li></ul>Benefits:<br><br><ul><li>Remote work flexibility</li><li>Learning & Development<br><br></li></ul>Get in touch:<br><br>We strive to create a culture that inspires our people to reach their full potential.
