We’re looking for a Strategic Technology Analyst to join our team and help drive innovation, performance, and engagement across our technology initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of strategic transformation, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.</p> <p><b>What you’ll be doing:</b></p> <ul> <li>Supporting the development and delivery of the Enterprise Technology Strategy engagement and communication plan</li> <li>Coordinating strategic planning, governance, and performance management activities across technology initiatives</li> <li>Analyzing market, peer, and competitor technology trends to inform strategic thinking</li> <li>Identifying emerging technologies and assessing their potential impact on business operations</li> <li>Contributing to the creation of multi-year technology roadmaps and investment plans</li> <li>Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align strategic priorities</li> <li>Presenting insights and recommendations to senior leaders in a clear and compelling way</li> <li>Tracking key performance indicators and supporting portfolio management activities</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><b>Who we’re looking for:</b></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in strategy, technology portfolio management, or business analysis</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic and innovative mindset</li> <li>Confidence in presenting complex information to senior stakeholders</li> <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint</li> <li>Familiarity with performance tracking frameworks such as KPIs and OKRs</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail</li> <li>A collaborative approach and a passion for driving positive change</li> </ul> <p><b>Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
