You’ll collaborate with teams across the business, build partnerships, and use data-driven insights to advance responsible business practices that support long-term value creation.</p><p>We welcome applicants from all backgrounds who share a passion for sustainability and a commitment to building a more equitable and resilient financial system.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Partner with the Director of Sustainability & Community Investment to deliver ESG objectives and ensure progress toward the Group’s sustainability commitments.</li><li>Lead on environmental impact reporting, including carbon, energy, waste, and water, ensuring robust data collection, quality, and analysis.</li><li>Manage aspects of TP ICAP’s ESG disclosures to external ratings agencies, frameworks, and third parties.</li><li>Stay ahead of emerging sustainability reporting standards and regulations, helping to shape future disclosure and implementation strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to enhance internal and external storytelling on sustainability achievements.</li><li>Produce reports and presentations for senior management, the Board, and governance committees to support strategic decision-making.</li></ul><h2>Experience & Competencies</h2><ul><li>Demonstrated experience in a corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, or related analytical role.</li><li>Proven understanding of carbon accounting principles and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.</li><li>A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates accountability.</li><li>Sound analytical and quantitative skills with experience managing complex datasets.</li><li>Proven project management ability, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.</li><li>Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies.</li><li>Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with sustainability or carbon data platforms.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ESG ratings, indices, and benchmarking frameworks (e.g., Sustainalytics, MSCI, S&P CSA, CDP).</li><li>Working knowledge of relevant sustainability reporting and disclosure standards (e.g., TCFD, SECR, CSRD, UK SRS).</li><li>Experience in financial services, professional services, or other complex, data-driven environments.</li><li>Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and applying sustainability insights to business outcomes.</li></ul><h2>Band & Level</h2><p>Associate</p><h2>Location</h2><p>UK - 135 Bishopsgate - London</p><h2>Employment type</h2><p>Full-time</p><h2>Job function</h2><p>Research, Marketing, and Public Relations</p><h2>Industries</h2><p>Financial Services, Retail, and Services for Renewable Energy</p><p><em>Note: This refined description preserves the core job information while removing duplication and formatting issues.
