Mobile Mortgage Specialist

They are seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to drive mortgage development initiatives and build customer relationships, offering a unique opportunity for career growth within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
- Building sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training
- Integrating smoothly within TD's employee focused corporate culture and new team
- Making joint sales calls and conducting monthly coaching sessions with Sales Manager
- Working from a sales management system designed specifically for the sales channel

- Proven sales track record
- Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Entrepreneurial, with a proactive and strategic approach to developing customer base
- Highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills
- Independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
