Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound orders, account creation, returns, and upgrades, and provide product expertise while maintaining performance metrics.
  • Passionately promote arenaflex products to clients, process orders, and assist with account-related tasks.
  • Professionally answer product and promotional inquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
  • Document interactions for auditing purposes.
  • Resolve issues, de-escalate conflicts, and promote arenaflex products, services, and events to clients.
  • Complete daily training and stay updated on promotions.
  • Seek guidance from departments and leaders to enhance job skills and performance.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Spanish (speaking, reading, writing), bilingual in English and Spanish.
