Call Center Sales Representative – Hybrid
AT&T is a global leader in communications and technology, seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to redefine customer service. In this role, you will handle customer interactions, identify upselling opportunities, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
- Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach your sales and commissions targets
- Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
- Explain bills and product features clearly
- Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support if needed
- Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues
- Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues
- Work a flexible 40 hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime
- Paid training to set you up for success
Skills
- Ability to report to the Miami, FL location 3-4 days weekly and work remotely 1-2 days weekly
- Experience in handling customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commissions targets
- Ability to accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections
- Ability to explain bills and product features clearly

- Verified internet service with a minimum of 12mb upload speed and 18mb download speed

- Compliance with organizational security and compliance standards, trainings, performance management, and monitoring policies
- Commissioned sales experience highly preferred
