[Remote] Field Marketing & Events Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Obsidian Security is a company focused on securing SaaS applications. They are seeking a highly organized Field Marketing & Events Coordinator to support their field marketing programs and events, ensuring seamless planning and execution of various activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of regional field marketing programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Partner with Field Marketing Managers and Sales teams to execute localized campaigns and events
- Manage logistics for field activities, including venue coordination, catering, signage, swag, shipping, and on-site support
- Track program timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget execution
- Coordinate logistics for third-party trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, webinars, and hosted field events
- Manage event registrations, badge scans/leads, follow-up lists, and post-event reporting
- Support vendor and agency coordination, including contracts, invoices, and POs
- Maintain event calendars, run-of-show documents, and event playbooks
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams
- Ensure proper lead capture, routing, and follow-up processes are in place
- Assist with internal communications and sales enablement related to events and field programs
- Track event performance metrics, including attendance, leads, pipeline influence, and ROI
- Maintain field marketing documentation, templates, and best practices
- Support budget tracking and reconciliation
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, events, or marketing operations
- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience supporting live events, trade shows, and/or virtual events
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with marketing and event tools (e.g., Salesforce, Goldcast, Google Workspace)
- B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industry experience
- Experience working closely with sales teams and regional stakeholders
- Familiarity with lead management and marketing attribution
- Willingness to travel up to 30–40%
