Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Engage with customers via telephone to support and build trust while servicing their unique needs
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized and empathetic interactions
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a high level understanding of our services and products to effectively address inquiries and stay updated on new tools and features
- Communication : Keep the team informed of significant developments, relaying critical information as needed
Skills
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively on the phone
- High comfort level with learning new software applications
- Self-motivated – able to work independently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle upset customers with professionalism and effective de-escalation techniques
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
- Outgoing and friendly
- Education: Associates degree or higher preferred
