Bamboo Synergy Technologies (Delaware) is seeking a strategic partnership with a legal professional, wealth strategist, or private equity consultant who advises High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Family Offices. We have developed a standardized, high-yield green infrastructure asset—the BambooCore™ B500-A. This is a turn-key, AI-managed power plant that produces 24/7 baseload electricity, industrial biochar, and high-value Carbon Removal Credits (CDRs). The Value Proposition for Your Clients: • Target ROI: 44.9% with a projected 2.2-year payback period. • Ownership Structure: 100% Investor Equity via a local Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV). • Tax Advantage: 7-Year Corporate Income Tax Holiday and 0% Import VAT (Philippines jurisdiction). • Passive Management: Operations are 100% outsourced to our Global Operations Center in Abu Dhabi, utilizing the BST Nexus™ AI to eliminate human operational risk. • Legal Security: IP held in Delaware; Management Mandates governed by ADGM/English Common Law. The Role: We are looking for a professional "Gatekeeper" who can perform due diligence on our model and introduce this unique asset class to clients looking for uncorrelated alpha and hard-asset diversification. You will act as a Strategic Advisor, facilitating the introduction and review of the legal architecture between the Principal and BST Global. Compensation (Success-Based): We do not offer a retainer. Instead, we offer a significant Strategic Advisory Fee (paid upon project mobilization) for every successful facility funded via your introduction. Given the $3.5M ticket size, a single successful introduction represents a high-bracket revenue event for your practice. Required Qualifications: • Demonstrable experience advising HNWIs or Family Offices on private placements or infrastructure. • Understanding of international corporate structures (Delaware, ADGM, SE Asia). • Strong alignment with ESG and renewable energy trends.
