Concierge Retail Service Representative
Andersen Corporation is a leader in the window and door industry, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Concierge Retail Service Representative will serve as the single point of contact for homeowners, ensuring seamless communication and service throughout their projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners
- Create and maintain homeowners’ job files
- Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
- Work with sales representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress
- Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations
Skills
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Solid and accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office software
- High attention to detail and organization abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks
