About the Role

As a Hybrid Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be part of an organically diverse team from 70+ countries, where all members contribute to and support each other's success and well-being. Your primary responsibility will be to provide inbound customer support via calls and/or the internet, resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, utilizing your problem-solving skills and knowledge of client products and services.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
  • Offer additional products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and promoting client products and services.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences, providing personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The following qualifications are required:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred.
  • A high school diploma or GED, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, with high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Technical support experience, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
  • Knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables.
