Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of client interactions, including answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing information on services and policies
  • Operate a computerized system to manage client interactions, including reservations, ticketing, and payment processing
  • Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for services
  • Check in clients and their baggage, and handle any issues that may arise during the process
  • Answer phone calls to provide information to clients, resolve issues, and assist with any questions or concerns they may have
  • Manage difficult clients due to service disruptions, delays, or other issues, resolving problems quickly and within established guidelines
  • Provide current and accurate information on services, policies, and procedures to clients and other stakeholders
  • Complete forms and reports as required by the organization
  • Compose anomaly and complaint reports as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the needs of the job
  • Ability to understand documents, follow instructions, learn and understand procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team, meet the public, and work under stressful conditions
  • Ability to complete a customer service training program with a score of 80% or higher
  • Knowledge of emergency procedures and ability to handle crisis situations
  • Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve fast turns of services
  • Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance and adhere to the arenaflex dress code and grooming standards

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of the service industry and its operations
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
