Responsibilities • Develop and refine AI and Data strategies that align with business goals and objectives. • Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for AI, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics across various business domains. • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with client stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and secure cross-functional alignment on objectives and business value. • Contribute to the design of implementation roadmaps, helping to sequence long-term plans that balance technical, organizational, and process changes. • Develop business cases that articulate the return on investment (ROI) for AI and data initiatives. • Analyze clients' current AI and data capabilities and operating models, evaluating them against industry best practices and providing strategic recommendations. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior non-technical stakeholders. • Prepare “art of the possible” sessions based on industry trends for customer organizations, and where they can play to drive organizational growth. • Support the expansion of the Advisory practice by developing content, participating in thought leadership, and contributing to the creation of repeatable strategic frameworks and offerings. • Guide on the responsible and ethical use of AI, including considerations for governance, bias, and compliance with regulations like GDPR or CCPA. Requirements • 3-5+ years of experience with AI and Data Strategy. • 2+ years of previous Consulting experience working with external clients, managing various projects and priorities. • Demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable AI and data strategies. • Ability to create AI-based workflows to accelerate our strategy delivery, bringing efficiencies to our execution, and identify opportunities to bring additional thought leadership. • Experience in a Functional Strategy capacity, including the identification of business-focused opportunities and the development of long-term roadmaps. • Experience with prioritizing use cases by value and complexity. • A foundational understanding of Cloud computing, modern data architectures, and core data and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, GenAI, data governance). • Ability to make technical recommendations tied to business outcomes in areas such as Data Governance, Data Platform development, or Data Quality. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven experience crafting compelling storylines and presentations for clients. • Experience in leading project workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional technical teams (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.). • Willingness to travel as required by clients. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or equivalent).
