Our Proposal We're looking for a Backend Developer to join us at the cutting edge of LLMs and software security . You’ll play a key role in co-leading implementation efforts, shaping both our product and technical foundation . As a core team member, you’ll have the freedom to influence our product direction, team culture, and engineering standards ✨. We're seeking someone who’s not afraid to challenge assumptions , make smart trade-offs ⚖️, and navigate ambiguity . Responsibilities • Own and evolve the codebase, from development to deployment, observability, and security. • Build systems that interpret task descriptions and design docs (Jira, Confluence, Docs). • Use LLMs to detect insecure code patterns and deviations from best practices. • Create and maintain APIs powering the UI and internal services. • Build secure connections with Atlassian, Google Workspace, GitHub, and support enterprise auth. • Design and manage databases to keep our product fast and reliable. • Ensure low-latency, high-availability systems for enterprise-level users. • Use IaC, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile workflows (Kanban).
