Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist to provide operational support and maintain high-quality provider data. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cleaning up and maintaining data for basic to complex data transactions, working on projects, expansions, and new product introductions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure that our members receive accurate and reliable provider data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and transact data in connection with projects, expansions, and new product introductions
  • Work with other departments to ensure high-quality provider data for our members
  • Provide operational support for basic to complex data transactions
  • Clean up and maintain data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed expectations

Prerequisites

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience managing multiple databases
  • More than a decade of experience in provider data maintenance
  • More than a decade of experience in provider data service
  • Excel proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a production setting and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of success in working with others to meet or exceed expectations
  • Knowledge of writing and speaking in a clear and concise manner

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience with EPDB or Provider Data of at least one year
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
