You will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence across various platforms, engaging with our community, and supporting innovative campaigns that drive growth and visibility. • Assist in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on brand perception, industry trends, and customer feedback. • Manage scheduling and posting using social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent brand messaging. • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve reach and engagement. • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports to analyze effectiveness. • Support public relations efforts by engaging with followers, managing relationships with influencers, and fostering community growth. • Collaborate on branding initiatives and assist in developing creative assets for e-commerce platforms. • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publishing. • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new digital marketing ideas and contribute fresh perspectives. • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field. • Demonstrated interest or experience in social media marketing, content creation or digital branding. • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design tools. • Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer. • Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics tools and keyword research techniques. • Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and experience with social media advertising campaigns is a plus. • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail; ability to proofread effectively. • Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing graphics and videos; video editing skills are advantageous. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
