Marketing Coordinator - Temporary, Part-time

Title: Part-time Marketing Coordinator (Temporary role) Location: Boston Area (hybrid/remote) Pay Rate: $20.00/HR Time Commitment: 20-25 hours per week Duration: Late August through early December Position Summary MOCA Systems, Inc. (MSI) is seeking a Part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative marketing team. This is a paid, part-time opportunity ideal for anyone seeking flexible marketing and communications work. You’ll contribute to key initiatives that keep our campaigns running smoothly and allow the team to focus on strategic priorities. You’ll support a variety of tasks across content, digital, and campaign marketing and gain a valuable opportunity to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll also interact with marketing leaders and gain insight into how we drive awareness and growth at MSI. Essential Functions: • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute ongoing campaigns and initiatives • Maintain momentum on social and digital marketing efforts • Offer day-to-day support to ensure smooth project delivery Additional tasks may include: • Creating and publishing social media content • Creating supporting materials for events and conferences • Designing simple graphics and advertisements • Editing short video/audio clips • Assisting with competitive research and analysis • Brainstorming campaign ideas and executing targeted outreach • Supporting email marketing and segmentation strategies • Managing and updating marketing data or reports • Assisting the marketing team with a variety of ad hoc assignments and day-to-day project support What You’ll Gain • Real-world experience across digital, content, and campaign marketing • Skills in communication, time management, organization, and delivering on deadlines • Confidence working with feedback and adapting to a professional marketing environment • Valuable resume-building experience in a growth-focused professional services and SaaS company About MOCA Systems, Inc.
