Contribute to efficient talent recruitment and positive transition experiences.</p><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><p>1. Provide targeted individual player facing support that promotes performance and/or wellbeing.</p><p>2. Provide bespoke leadership development and support to the captains/leadership group to promote positive leadership behaviours on and off the pitch.</p><p>3. Deliver individual and group leadership development to the MDT of coaches and practitioners to support the maintenance of a psychologically informed environment.</p><p>4. Provide individual support/consultation to football and non-football leaders to create a stable and high-functioning leadership spine.</p><p>5. Provide education & processes to promote positive wellbeing of players & staff, & facilitate life-skill development</p><p>6. Work with identified players to have documented, formulation-informed interventions, with proposed measures of efficacy.</p><p>7. Provide psycho-social insight to influence player & staff recruitment, onboarding & transitions.</p><p>8.
