About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision, using your initiative and self-motivation to achieve goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers and identifying sales opportunities.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in a contact centre customer service role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience working night shifts in a previous role, with the ability to adapt to a rotating shift pattern.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Strong IT skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications.
• Positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers over the phone, with the ability to work under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and emails.
