Shopify Developer Needed – Funnel Setup, Upsells, Plugin Integration & Optimization

Overview We’re looking for an experienced Shopify developer / Shopify optimization expert to help configure, optimize, and scale our Shopify store: drinklust.com. This is not a basic theme customization role. We need someone who understands conversion funnels, upsells, checkout optimization, and Shopify app ecosystems and can implement them cleanly and efficiently. What You’ll Be Working On Configuring and optimizing Shopify apps/plugins Building high-converting funnels note Implementing upsells, cross-sells, post-purchase offers Optimizing checkout flow and user experience Improving site speed, performance, and conversion rate Ensuring apps work cleanly together (no conflicts, bloat, or slowdown) Advising on best-in-class tools for CRO, subscriptions, email/SMS, and analytics QA testing across desktop and mobile Required Experience 5+ years working with Shopify (not WooCommerce) Extensive experience with: Upsell & funnel tools (e.g. Rebuy, Zipify, OneClickUpsell, CartHook, etc.) Checkout & conversion optimization Shopify Plus features (preferred, not required) App integrations & configuration Performance optimization (site speed, app bloat reduction) Strong understanding of: Conversion rate optimization (CRO) E-commerce funnels & AOV growth Mobile-first UX Nice to Have Experience with subscription products Experience in DTC brands, supplements, beverages, or consumables Ability to recommend tools, not just implement instructions Familiarity with Klaviyo, SMS tools, analytics, heatmaps Project Details Initial scope: Funnel setup, upsells, plugin integration & optimization Ongoing work: Likely (monthly optimizations and testing) Budget: Open – willing to pay for experience and results Start: ASAP How to Apply Please include: Examples of Shopify stores you’ve optimized (especially funnels/upsells) Shopify apps you’ve worked with extensively A brief explanation of how you typically increase AOV and conversion rates Your availability and hourly or project-based rate Bonus: Tell us what you’d immediately look to improve on drinklust.com.
