As we develop our patented technology, you'll play a crucial role in both the design and implementation stages, collaborating with a team of passionate professionals. Responsibilities • Lead the integration and implementation of APIs for embedded banking systems. • Design and oversee the development of user-friendly dashboards and customer experiences. • Guide the team in building and launching our fintech product with efficiency and agility. • Collaborate in the pursuit of patents related to the administration and technology of our product. • Influence the strategic direction of our technology solutions and ensure competitive positioning in the market. • Participate in team meetings and coordinate with various departments to align technical solutions with business goals. Qualifications • Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in the fintech sector, particularly with banking sponsorship or embedded banking. • Strong background in developing and launching digital products with tax-advantage features. • Demonstrated ability in overseeing API development and integration. • Experience in patent processes related to technology innovations is highly beneficial. • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on building a high-performance tech culture. • Flexibility and adaptability to work on a project-based retainer with potential fluctuations in work intensity. • Located in the U.S., with the ability to collaborate remotely using digital communication tools.
