This is a 1099 commission-only remote role for someone who thrives on performance and wants their income directly tied to their results. The Role You are the first impression of our studio. You are not "dialing leads." You are extending an invitation into an experience families will treasure for decades. Your responsibilities: Call warm leads who have already expressed interest Follow our proven script with precision and natural flow Build emotional value quickly and authentically Create urgency and scarcity with confidence Secure bookings on the first call whenever possible Track calls and results inside our CRM Sales, at its highest level, is belief transferred through tone.
