Remote Senior Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the engineering teams that are transforming mental healthcare by developing software solutions that enhance provider experiences. You will be integral in overseeing the execution of engineering projects, nurturing team development, and ensuring that the technology aligns with the mission of improving access to mental health care. Accountabilities • Lead and manage an engineering team focused on provider acquisition and growth. • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build systems for rapid experimentation and scaling. • Ensure a seamless provider experience from onboarding to appointment scheduling. • Drive alignment on process, prioritization, and product outcomes within your team. • Mentor and develop aspiring engineering leaders. • Contribute to the company's overall strategy and product roadmap. Requirements • 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager. • 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer. • Strong product mindset with the ability to build cross-functional relationships. • Proficient in leading high-performing teams that deliver business outcomes. • Strong technical foundation for making appropriate technical decisions. • Experience with Python, React, and AWS infrastructure is a plus. • Background in health tech or user-facing product development is desirable. • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field.
