Role Description
This role involves supporting project work streams utilizing analytic tools, established methodologies, and innovative modeling techniques to implement comprehensive, data-driven financial aid strategies.
• Help clients achieve organizational effectiveness and improve student outcomes
• Implement new technologies and align resources and investments for long-term sustainability
• Collaborate with client staff and senior engagement teams
• Contribute meaningful analysis that informs institutional decision making
• Work closely with experienced consultants and analysts
• Gain exposure to financial aid modeling, econometric tools, and strategic enrollment management
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in consulting, Higher Education, or relevant work experience
• Strong analytical reasoning skills, including proficiency in Excel or other analytic tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
Requirements
• Current U.S. work authorization required
Preferred
• Experience in financial aid, admissions, enrollment management, or institutional research, leveraging data to inform decision-making and optimize performance
• Familiarity with statistical tools or programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Salary Information
The estimated base salary range for this job is $70,000 - $100,000. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $78,400 - $118,000.
