About the Role We are seeking a full-time Knowledge & Curation Specialistto join our core portal operations team. In this role, you will help shape how the global legal technology market isorganized, understood, and presented to thousands of buyers, vendors, and investors worldwide. You will work hands-on with our legal tech directory, applying professional judgment to classify vendors and products,maintainhigh-quality listings, and bring clarity to a fast-moving and often ambiguous ecosystem. This is a detail-driven, ownership-oriented role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex information. You will collaborate closely with a small, experienced, distributed team while owning your work end-to-end, from intake through quality review. Your work directly supports the accuracy, credibility, and scalability ofLegalTechHub’s platform. What You’ll Do Directory Operations • Create and update legal technology listings based on vendor submissions, internal research, and market developments • Apply professional judgment to classify vendors and products within our taxonomy, flag edge cases, and contribute to ongoing refinement of categories as the market evolves • Execute structured updates whilemaintainingconsistency with quality standards and classification frameworks • Support intake and first-pass execution for new listings and portal requests Vendor & Stakeholder Support • Respond to vendor questions and follow-ups as assigned • Support vendor-driven updates, ensuring submissions are complete,accurate, and ready for QA review • Coordinate asynchronous handoffs across team members in different time zones Market & Signal Monitoring • Track funding announcements, mergers and acquisitions, and company updates across the legal technology ecosystem • Flag developments that require directory updates or deeper review • Contribute to lightweight vendor and product analysis when needed Quality & Process Discipline • Own work end-to-end, following defined handoff and review processes • Apply feedback consistently to improve future outputs • Maintain clear documentation around status, blockers, and completed work • Contribute ideas over time to improve taxonomy, workflows, and quality standards Requirements What We’re Looking For Experience • 2–5+ years of relevant experience in legal librarianship, knowledge management, legal research, legal technology, or adjacent structured information roles • Familiarity with legal technology products, vendors, or the broader legal services ecosystem • Experience working with structured data, directories, portals, or content systems is a strong plus Skills & Attributes • Exceptionally strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured standards and classification systems • Sound judgment when interpreting vendor materials, product claims, and market signals • Ability to manage multiple workstreams without sacrificing accuracy or consistency • Clear written communication skills and comfort working asynchronously in a remote environment • Self-directed and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes • Enjoys working with complex information and bringing clarity through organization and structure Who Thrives Here You will enjoy this role if you: • Care deeply about accuracy, classification, and information quality • Enjoy bringing order to complex or messy data landscapes • Take pride in quiet, high-impact work that others rely on • Like working independently with clear ownership and expectations • Are motivated by improving systems over time, not just completing tasks Work Style • Hands-on, detail-driven role with real ownership over quality and outcomes • Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small, distributed team • Values clear priorities, defined workflows, and thoughtful execution Location & Schedule • Full-time, fully remote • Candidates must be located in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom • Work is asynchronous by design, with coordinated coverage across time zones Why This Role Matters This role sits at the center of LegalTech Hub’s platform.
