Description The Chief Compliance Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable securities regulatory requirements. You will establish, review, test, and modify these policies and procedures to comply with securities laws, regulations, and FINRA rules, which will be evidenced in the annual FINRA Rule 3130 certification. Additionally, you will lead the company’s broker-dealer Compliance team and program.
