Writer & General VA to create product and blog posts - Full-Time & Long-Term (Mil & Police Equip.)

This position is for writing product content, copy writing, and a general virtual assistant. Includes things like drafting pages and blogs to general content writing and helping with other tasks that other team members need assistance with. It may range from customer service type tasks to inventory help depending on the day.

What you need within two weeks of starting:
A computer with at least 16 GB of RAM and a high-speed internet connection
Two computer monitors, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and headset w/ microphone

Ability to speak, read, and write in American English.
Available between the hours of 8 AM and 4 PM PST for meetings. Those don’t need to be your working hours each day, but there are meetings during those hours that you’ll may need to be there for unless you communicate ahead of time.

Ability to write in English with equal to an American or friendly US ally.
An interest in our industry: Military, body armor, night vision, thermal devices, police, and tactical equipment.

What this position does (Daily/Weekly/Monthly):
Coordinate with 4 other current teammates for planning writing of blogs, products, press releases, and collection pages.
Learn about new products, features, and categories and write about them.
Coordinate which writing tasks have the most importance and plan ahead.
Communicate and keep track of writing and SEO projects.
Maintain and update KB and Help Center consistently.
A/B testing of writing and formatting to find the most effective and beneficial formats.
Revise old and new content to make it better in multiple ways.
Meetings with other team members to coordinate improvements and tasks as needed.
