Position Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Direct Response Fundraising to lead and elevate our direct mail and donor marketing efforts. This role provides oversight of all print-based fundraising campaigns and serves as the primary liaison with our marketing agency. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Director, you will ensure that donor communications are cohesive, mission-centered, and aligned across channels. You will play a critical leadership role in shaping compelling donor offers, strengthening engagement, and driving measurable revenue growth to fuel ministry impact. What You'll Do • Provide strategic oversight of all direct mail and direct response fundraising campaigns. • Lead development of donor offers, premiums, and campaign concepts that inspire generosity. • Serve as primary relationship manager for the marketing agency and key vendors. • Hold partners accountable to pro forma projections, KPIs, timelines, and budget expectations. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated messaging across print and digital channels. • Analyze campaign performance and donor data to drive optimization and growth. • Champion innovation, testing, and best practices in direct response marketing.
