(can transfer visa if required) 1.5 yr contract in Plano Tx - or Charlotte, NC Pls email resume to vpatel@itmmi.com Details: Performance Tester / Engineer / Architect - Hand on role Skills: • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in LoadRunner is mandatory • Independently managing tasks - Load Runner Enterprise -LRE scripting, test strategy planning, testing, monitoring, profiling, reporting. • Leading performance defect triage meetings and driving solutions. • Designing test strategy, load scenarios, test plan , execute load tests Key Requirements: • Proficient in using VUGen 12 or later for advanced test script development beyond basic record and playback functionality. • Skilled in developing scripts using HTTP/HTML, MQ, Java, and TruClient protocols (Mandatory). • Experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWR reports to monitor, gather, and report application performance on Windows or Linux systems. • Knowledge of Splunk for enhanced load test analysis. • Understanding of software development and architecture concepts (.NET, Java/JEE, code review, code analysis, architectural/enterprise integration patterns, 3-tier architecture) • Capable of understanding complex workflows and designing test flows and strategies. • Expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and understanding end-to-end web performance metrics.
