Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer service calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing timely and effective solutions to their problems. Key Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound customer service calls from customers/clients who are having trouble with their garage door system or need help programming wireless devices
  • Rerouting customers to other lines of support such as a different department
  • Referring customers to local dealers for service, handling warranty coverage discussions about products
  • Managing inbound calls and corresponding with customers via phone and email
  • Maintaining proper documentation of customer files

Requirements and Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • A hourly rate of $13.50 during the 14-week training period, with a weekly pay of $540
  • A hourly rate of $15.00 once hired full-time, with a weekly pay of $640
