Email Designer / Graphic Designer (Figma) for High-Growth Ecom Email Agency (Part-Time) - Contract to Hire

Overview We’re a fast-growing email marketing agency working with multiple 7-figure eCommerce brands (many doing $500k–$1M/month). We need a Figma-first email designer whose sole focus is creating clean, high-converting email designs. No copywriting. No strategy. No Klaviyo. Your job is simple: design excellent emails in Figma, consistently. What You’ll Do (Your Only Focus) Design email layouts in Figma (campaigns + flows) Create on-brand, conversion-focused visuals (headers, product blocks, promo sections, etc.) Build reusable components and design systems (buttons, typography, spacing, modules) Deliver Figma files that are organized, consistent, and easy to build from Iterate fast based on feedback (we move quickly) What You Won’t Do Copywriting or messaging Strategy or planning Klaviyo building or HTML implementation Who This Is For We’re looking for someone who is: Hungry and ambitious — wants to improve every week Coach-able — takes feedback well and applies it fast Not interested in “average” — you care about polish, spacing, hierarchy, details Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with tight turnarounds If you’re the kind of designer who wants each next design to be better than the last, you’ll fit in. Requirements Strong Figma skills (components, auto-layout, styles, libraries) Experience designing marketing emails or eCommerce creative (preferred) Strong sense of layout, typography, hierarchy, and clean composition Reliable availability and communication Ability to match brand guidelines and design across multiple brands Work Hours + Pay Part-time to start: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (~20 hrs/week) Monthly pay: $1,000–$1,500 USD depending on experience and portfolio If you’re a strong culture fit and consistently deliver high-quality work, this can grow into a full-time role Growth + Upside We invest in people who invest in themselves.
