Resolve customer disputes: The Automotive Claims Specialist, Arbitrator will be responsible for handling and resolving customer disputes related to automotive claims. Ensure efficient claims process: This role will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient process for handling automotive claims, in order to provide a positive customer experience. Communicate with customers: The specialist will be responsible for communicating with customers to gather information, provide updates on the status of their claims, and address any concerns or questions they may have. Conduct investigations: The specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into customer claims, including reviewing documentation, speaking with involved parties, and gathering evidence. Make fair and informed decisions: Using their expertise and knowledge of the automotive industry, the specialist will be responsible for making fair and informed decisions on customer claims. Negotiate resolutions: The specialist will be responsible for negotiating resolutions with customers and other parties involved in the claims process. Maintain accurate records: It will be the responsibility of the specialist to maintain accurate and detailed records of all claims and their resolutions. Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge: The specialist will be expected to stay current with industry trends and changes in order to make informed decisions and provide the best possible service to customers. Collaborate with team members: The specialist will work closely with other team members, such as claims adjusters and customer service representatives, to ensure a seamless and efficient claims process. Provide exceptional customer service: The specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring their satisfaction with the claims process. Adhere to company policies and procedures: The specialist will be expected to follow all company policies and procedures, as well as any legal regulations, when handling claims. Participate in training and development: The specialist will be responsible for participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge in the automotive claims field.
