Provide remote medical care to patients through virtual platforms, in alignment with Catholic Health Initiatives' mission and values. Utilize strong clinical skills and medical knowledge to accurately assess, diagnose, and treat patients. Demonstrate compassion and empathy towards patients, understanding the unique challenges of providing virtual care. Collaborate effectively with other members of the Virtual Care team, including physicians and support staff, to ensure high-quality and coordinated care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the provision of medical care. Stay current on advancements in virtual care technology and incorporate them into practice to improve patient outcomes. Educate patients on their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions and providing support and guidance. Continuously evaluate and improve virtual care processes and procedures to ensure optimal efficiency and patient satisfaction. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Attend trainings and conferences to stay updated on industry developments and best practices. Maintain licensure and certification requirements as mandated by the state and professional organizations.
