The role involves evaluating AI-generated responses, writing solutions for technical scenarios, and identifying model failures while reflecting local engineering standards and community norms. Responsibilities • Author and evaluate technology-related prompts spanning software engineering, IT systems, architecture, cybersecurity, data systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure • Review AI-generated responses for technical accuracy, feasibility, and implementation soundness • Write high-quality gold-standard solutions for complex technical scenarios • Identify model failure cases such as logical errors, insecure designs, or unrealistic implementation details • Contribute expertise reflecting local engineering standards, developer communities, product norms, and industry terminology Skills • Professional experience working in technology within a specific linguistic and cultural context • Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi • Strong understanding of software engineering, IT systems, architecture, cybersecurity, data systems, networking, or cloud infrastructure • Ability to evaluate technical accuracy and feasibility of AI-generated outputs • Strong analytical and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and exercise sound technical judgment Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
