Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes. As a Property and Casualty insurance expert, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our policyholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Contact policyholders to review and update policies, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
  • Provide quotes, counsel policyholders on coverage options, and make recommendations to enhance retention and better meet their needs
  • Receive and respond to calls and emails, documenting all activity in our EPIC system
  • Utilize knowledge of the insurance industry and arenaflex policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
  • Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms, and act as a liaison between customers and insurance companies
  • Process changes to policies, follow up with companies to ensure timely processing, and review policy information to assist insured in filing claims
  • Recognize cross-sell opportunities and obtain quote information to drive business growth
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, combined with at least 3 years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment. A Property and Casualty insurance license is required, while a Membership license is preferred or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of employment.
